Take a look at our recent session with updates from different national projects and research concerning digital inclusion, creativity and older people.
Speakers included Dr Helen Manchester, from University of Bristol, Carl Stephens, Digital Innovation, Arts Council England, Sharon Wagg, University of Sheffield, Natalie Haslam, Ascendance and Jen Rhodes, 100% Digital Leeds.
Intergenerational Creative Practice
Catch up on our recent session where we explored how intergenerational creative practice works in across the sector.
The session provided the opportunity to hear different perspectives and case studies, including a thought piece from Chair of CADA, Arti Prashar, The Linking Network, Intergenerational England and Intergenerational Music Making and Magic Me.
Steering Group Updates
Our Creative Ageing Steering Group met in June to discuss ideas for future sessions for the programme.
The Steering Group meets regularly to participate in co-creation sessions, offer feedback from their networks, and help identify how the programme can strategically address the needs of the creative ageing sector.
After the planning session, the group had a tour of The Claremont Project and visited ‘The Coming of Age’ exhibition at the Wellcome Collection.
